Madi Nguyen
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Madi is a junior at Lawrence E. Elkins High School in Missouri City, Texas. She created Stembark after noticing how students in her area are not encouraged to engage in hands-on, immersive experiences like science fairs or research projects despite a strong emphasis on studying for exams and achieving high test scores. Outside of Stembark, Madi enjoys drumming, reading, and hanging out with her friends!
Mariam Mohammed
Vice-President Executive Officer
Mariam is a freshman at Walter Johnson High School with a passion for medcine, enviromental science, and climate advocacy. Outside of school, she enjoys running, playing guitar, and reading. She hopes that one day everyone will have equal access to STEM opportunities and education.
